Commitment, trials and flexibility

What is the minimum monthly commitment?

For staffing and outsourcing, the minimum commitment is equivalent to one full-time staff member. For background support, the minimum starts at 40 hours per month.

Are we tied into a contract?

Our terms are designed to be flexible while promoting long-term value. Each hire begins with an initial 6-month commitment to ensure stability for both you and the candidate, then moves to a 30-day rolling agreement. If a candidate is not the right fit during the initial period, we simply ask for the opportunity to provide a suitable replacement.

Can I trial a candidate before committing?

Yes, depending on the service. For background support we offer a trial of up to 20 hours so you can evaluate how we work. For staffing and outsourcing, candidates can complete up to 20 hours of paid project work with you before final selection, since most are leaving permanent roles to join us. Once onboarded, all staff enter a 28-day probation period to ensure a good fit for both sides.

Can I hire someone part-time?

Core staffing and outsourcing are full-time only, to ensure consistency and long-term value. If you need part-time support, background support may suit: it covers roles such as WordPress support and general marketing tasks including content, social media and graphic design.
